# Working with Folders

## Why Folders?

1. Folders allow the organizations to segment the projects or tasks into manageable units. This makes it easier to focus on specific tasks without the clutter of unrelated information.
2. Shared space offers for collaborative contribution, review, and discuss project-related work.
